( Projects ) Fairly Industrious

This PHP-based site to showcase the work of amateur photographer (and scientist) Kevin Johnson was built as a proof-of-concept prototype to provide a more manageable way for him to update content. A background image from the collections loads randomly with each page visit. When he finds the time, the owner is able to add new slideshows to the site by uploading images and editing a plain-text source file; page copy is handled in a similar manner.

We chose black and shades of dark grey to enhance the vintage quality of his work. Admirers may even request him to send postcard photographs taken during his travels.
